Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Training Course
The Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Training Course is often referred to as the AED Provider Course. This AED qualification is suitable for anyone over the age of 16 years of age who has a current first aid qualification and wants to learn how to use an automated external defibrillator (AED).
We also offer an AED with a life support course for people who don't have a current first-aid certificate. This course is available throughout the UK at your place of work.
Automated External Defibrillator (AED) course content:
- Recap of unresponsive and breathing patient protocols
- Recap of unresponsive and non-breathing protocols
- Chain of Survival
- Patient Preparation
- Resuscitation / CPR
- Use of an AED
- Safety Considerations
- CPR / AED Practice
On successful completion of the Automated External Defibrillators (AED) Training Course, you will receive an AED Provider certificate which is valid for three years. For more information on this course please contact us or request a group booking.
