Emergency First Aid for Parents Course
Our Emergency First Aid for Parents course has been developed for parents who want to know what to do if their child or infant became ill or injured at home. The course is suitable for parents / carers who want basic understanding of first aid so they can help their own children in an emergency. This also extends to grandparents, siblings and groups of friends.
This emergency first aid for parents course is delivered in a classroom setting and offers a practical, hands-on approach that delivers the skills and confidence to use first aid skills in a real life situation in which our courses meet and exceed the HSE's criteria for what is expected of training providers. For added reassurance, each learner is assessed throughout the course by one of our highly experienced and qualified trainers.

- Unconsciousness
- Shock
- Head Injuries & Hypoxia
- Spinal Injuries
- Airway & Breathing

- Fractures, Sprains & Strains
On successful completion of the emergency first aid for parents course, each delegate will receive a certificate which will be valid for 3 years. We strongly recommend annual refresher training.
