Record Keeping Course
Our Record Keeping course provides an understanding of the importance of effective record keeping that meets the legal, clinical and accountability requirements of all care staff. It explains legal and professional responsibilities in relation to record keeping, the implications for non- adherence as well as looking at how good record keeping enhances the quality of care delivered to service users, linking this to the CQC inspections requirements.
This Record Keeping course is aimed at all care sector staff who have the responsibility of recording information onto care plans.

- Examples of records
The course is delivered in 2 hours and candidates must demonstrate a willingness to learn along with interaction of group activities. The training venue should be quiet and undisturbed. Staff should not be expected to be on duty Staff attending should remain for the entire length of the session.
