Combat Tourniquet C-A-T

The C-A-T® (Combat Application Tourniquet) is a small and lightweight (59g) one-handed tourniquet that completely occludes arterial blood flow in an extremity. It also has a Velcro Windlass Strap for further securing of the windlass during patient transport.
