This course aims to equip the dental team with the knowledge and skills to effectively recognise, prevent, and manage a vasovagal syncope (faint) within a UK dental practice setting.
Course Details: Management of Fainting (Syncope) in the Dental Practice
This course provides essential guidance on the effective management of fainting, also known as syncope, within the UK dental practice.
You will be provided with a comprehensive coursebook covering all aspects of this topic. Following this, you will complete an assessment to test your understanding. To successfully complete the course, you must achieve a pass mark of 80% or higher. Upon passing, you will receive a downloadable certificate for your records. If you do not achieve the pass mark, you will have the opportunity to review the course material and retake the assessment.
Aims
The primary aim of this course is to equip the entire dental team with the knowledge and confidence to effectively manage a fainting episode in the dental practice.
