This training consists of a concise, high-impact presentation followed by a formal assessment. To successfully complete the course and earn your verifiable CPD certificate, you must achieve a pass mark of 80% or higher. Should you not pass on your first attempt, you will have the opportunity to review the course materials and retake the assessment when you feel ready.
