Our emergency first aid for scuba divers course has been developed to give you the theoretical and practical knowledge so you will be able to assist someone involved in a scuba diving accident. The first aid course covers topics such as how to put someone into the Recovery position, resuscitation, head injuries, diving emergencies and much more.
First aid for scuba divers is extremely important as some dive site are some distance away from the emergency services so it is essential that you learn life-saving skills on this course. The course uses a hands-on approach that delivers the skills and confidence to use first aid skills in a real life situation in which our courses meet and exceed the HSE's criteria for what is expected of training providers. For added reassurance, each learner is assessed throughout the course by one of our highly experienced trainers who are experts in emergency medicine and highly qualified scuba diving instructors.

On successful completion of the emergency first aid at work course, each delegate will receive a certificate which will be valid for 3 years. We strongly recommend annual refresher training.
