First Aid at Work Requalification Course
First Aid at Work Requalification Course
This 2-day First Aid at Work Requalification course is designed for first aiders who have previously undertaken a 3-day First Aid at Work course and need to renew their certification in order to continue acting as a first aider in the workplace.
On this First Aid at Work Requalification course, delegates will renew their knowledge of essential first aid techniques including CPR and AED usage, choking, stroke and catastrophic bleeding, so that they can continue to deal promptly and effectively with a wide range of situations that may arise in the work environment.
AEDs in the workplace are becoming more commonplace within dental practices. With around 13% of workplace deaths being due to the victim suffering from a cardiac arrest, it is surprising how few businesses provide this vital life-saving piece of equipment. If your practice does not have one yet, take a look at our article about AED's in the Workplace.
This first aid course must be completed before the current first aid certificate expires or within 28 days after expiration of certificate.
