This course provides essential knowledge on the fundamentals of microbiology and its direct application to infection prevention and control in the dental practice. You will learn how infections are spread and, most importantly, how to break the chain of infection to protect patients and the dental team.
Assessment & Certification
A pass mark of 80% is required to complete the course. If you do not pass, you will have the opportunity to review the content and retake the assessment. Upon successful completion, a downloadable certificate will be made available for your CPD portfolio.
